Kaila is a Senior Associate at The Bowdoin Group, where she is responsible for providing operational and logistical support, primarily to clients utilizing the firm’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Kaila worked as the Recruiting Coordinator at Flexion Therapeutics. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Saint Anselm College. In her free time, Kaila enjoys taking spin classes at her local gym and spending time with her friends and family.
