He is also a member of AIMS International’s Global Talent Management and Financial & Professional Services Practice teams. Mikko has long experience in the Human Capital Consultancy Industry in Finland and internationally. His expertise spans e.g. from organisational/business development projects to demanding top management (General Manager, Business Director, VP etc.) executive search assignments and talent acquisition models. Mikko has worked with C-suite clients spanning across number of industries e.g. Financial, ICT, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Process Industry and Public Sector Organisations. During his career Mikko has held several leadership roles in sales, delivery and business within professional services industry. Mikko holds a Master Degree in Business from Umeå University of Business and Economics in Sweden and from Deusto University, Spain. Mikko is also a Certified Business Coach and fluent in Finnish, English, Swedish and Spanish.
