Since July 2022, I have been working for YER in employment mediation. During my studies in Communication Management, I learned how to communicate effectively and convince people. That helps me in completing employment mediation processes. At YER, I do this mainly in the IT sector, specifically in the field of security and data. I am a perfectionist, analytical, calm and ambitious. I find it important to grow in the things I do and that is also reflected in my absolute winner's mentality. I look at where the interests and pain points lie with candidates, put these candidates and clients central and look at situations from all possible perspectives. After that it is a matter of matching A and B.
