Ricci advises leaders and provides trusted advice on global talent assessment and development in the healthcare and life science industries. She has been actively advising pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotechnology and healthcare services companies on C-level positions including succession planning of key executives. Ricci brings with her more than 15 years of executive search experience in Asia and also identifies talents globally. She is part of Amrop's Life Sciences practice group and works with clients ranging from start-up, SME, MNCs and Asian conglomerates in identifying leaders to build sustainable business in the region. Ricci re-joined Amrop in 2022. She previously took a sabbatical and moved to Indonesia with her family for an expatriate assignment. Prior to joining Amrop, Ricci led her own search firm for 4 years which was predominantly focused in the Southeast Asian markets. Previously, she has also been instrumental in setting up the life science practice for a global human capital solution provider in Singapore and was also in Hong Kong to set up an office for a regional executive search firm. She has had the experience in handling pharmaceutical manufacturing and biotechnology research-based hiring across all levels. Ricci started her career in a commercial role for a biotechnology research and scientific discovery tools company prior moving into the human resource consulting industry. Ricci has a Degree in Science, majoring in Biology from the National University of Singapore. She has also undertaken an Advanced Program in Executive Search & Leadership Consulting from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, New York. Ricci has lived and worked in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. She has intimate knowledge of the diversity and cultures in the ASEAN countries. She is fluent in English, Chinese and Malay. Married with two children, she loves art, fitness, travel and gastronomical adventures. She is passionate about humanitarian work and community engagement for entrepreneurship.
