Erik has worked in recruitment in the Middle East since 2014. He has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his position at Cooper Fitch since joining in January 2020. Erik is responsible for managing the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Engineering division and is tasked with delivering on senior managerial and C-level mandates for his clientele across the GCC region. His area of expertise covers business development, account management, recruitment and executive search as well as RPO delivery within his markets. In addition, he advises his clients on international searches and market conditions, working with MNCs, regional conglomerates and start-up organisations. Erik operates across the GCC region with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia.
