Alice joined Founders Keepers in January 2019 from a financial services search firm where she focused on appointments across leading Private Equity funds worldwide. Since joining Founders Keepers, she has worked with some of the most exciting and pioneering businesses from VC / PE backed, to listed businesses, across the technology and digital landscape, helping them to make some of their most notable hires. She is passionate about delivering key hires to drive growth and innovation for the most disruptive businesses. Alice relocated to Amsterdam in 2023 to further Founders Keepers’ footprint across Europe and continues to nurture relationships, on the ground, across the Dutch tech ecosystem as well as identifying top talent across the Netherlands.
