A True founder, Josh joined in starting True because he recognized his clients need for a firm focused on transparency, data, and a collaborative approach. He also believes in building strong relationships with up and coming talent and with established leaders in today’s disruptive technology companies. Before starting True, Josh held consultant roles with Heidrick & Struggles, Howard Fischer and CTPartners. Josh has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from San Diego State University.
