Combining 25 years as a former senior corporate lawyer with roles as a director and chair of Big Issue Invest, the social finance business of the Big Issue Group, and as a trustee and risk, strategy and fundraising committee member of social care charities, allows me to provide commercial and legal experience and skills as a strategic leader. I provide clients with clear, commercial, practical and solutions driven advice, principally in mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and investment transactions and in the areas of governance and risk management.
