Antoine graduated from IPAG Paris. He began his career in human resources management in the banking sector (CIO Groupe CIC), as a Recruitment Officer. The subject fascinates him and he continues at Lincoln & Associés, a firm specializing in the direct approach in Paris. Quickly motivated by the entrepreneurial adventure, Antoine Perruchot created Keyman in 2004, accompanied by Rémi Dherbecourt. The firm starts its activity with a majority of banking clients and, as it grows, diversifies. Antoine is very gentle. It is very pleasant to meet him, to benefit from his listening, his smiles and his common sense. He loves people, and it shows. So obviously, it immediately gives you confidence. A trust that we do not regret granting him, because he makes it a point of honor to respect it. Antoine loves American thrillers, the painter, sculptor and ceramist Joan Miro, the scent of a Bordeaux Grand Cru and the unique sensation that scuba diving gives him. Athlete, he practices running, tennis and motorcycling. Managing himself, he integrates the whole dimension of the entrepreneur who guides and animates his clients in the recruitment missions he carries out. Since 2013, Antoine has been piloting and developing KeyCoopt, a referral-based recruitment platform, and provides strategic support for Keyman.
