Lydia is a principal within True’s Financial Services Practice, based in London. With over a decade of experience in executive search, she specializes in leading the execution for CFO and CFO-1 placements within the private equity sector. Lydia spearheads the C-1 FOP practice in EMEA. Prior to joining True, Lydia led the interim division at Capital Futures, a boutique search firm which supports private equity backed SaaS companies. Lydia has extensive experience managing C-Suite and C-1 searches across various functions globally, and has a deep understanding of the investment rationale and how to engage talent at inflection points. In her spare time, Lydia is a competitive horse rider and often finds herself out eventing or enjoying the countryside with her family.
