I am a senior consultant within our International team and drive talent across continental Europe and beyond working in close proximity with our other global offices. We support clients with targeted executive searches across all sectors in finding the best mid to senior level talent whether they be specialist or generalist. Since 2004 I have been involved in partnering with and supporting demanding and international environments, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the world’s top companies from established global institutions to start-ups dealing with a diverse range of cultures and requirements. I have been intrusted in finding elusive talent across borders to support my client’s goals whilst also supporting our candidates careers. My focus has constantly been in creating strong networks and long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates alike and follow the best talent throughout their career. With an international background having grown up in Italy, Belgium and the UK and a degree in Psychology I am able to bring a strong cultural and emotional intelligence to my searches and able to work with candidates and clients across different cultures and languages. I am also fluent in Italian, English and am able to converse in French bringing me closer to the market whilst also having experience recruitment best practice. I am an avid traveller, art and food lover constantly in search of outstanding culinary and cultural experiences around the world. Being Italian I have a very solid grounding in great food, art and fashion but I believe that to truly understand yourself you have to get out of your comfort zones. I can’t say that I am sports fan but nothing makes me happier than a long walk in the country side with my wife and dog followed by a stop at a countryside restaurant.
