Boban Ilic is a Partner and co-founder of TheXecutives. Based in Vienna and in Belgrade, he graduated in Processing Technology and is fluent in English. He has a strong expertise in recruiting professionals from CEE and from Western Europe. His international search experience includes a wide variety of top executives in the FMCG, financial services, healthcare, industrial and retail industries, as well as heads of function and other specialist roles. Boban began his career with The Coca-Cola Company, as Technical Services Manager, responsible for SEE. Later on, he joined Procter & Gamble, where he was HR Manager SEE responsible for both P&G and local distributor’s HR management development. He started in Bucharest (regional HQ) and later moved to Belgrade, with direct responsibility for Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Macedonia. He was one of the HR management pioneers in the region. Ever since he joined Neumann back in 2001, Boban has been continuously growing his expertise, network and various industries exposure throughout CEE.
