Michael J. Burstein is a partner in the Firm’s New York City office with over twenty years of experience in providing accounting and audit services. Mr. Burstein has serviced clients throughout the Long Island and Metro New York area. Mr. Burstein is a member of the Firm’s SEC Practice group, providing financial audits and quarterly review services to publicly-traded companies. Mr. Burstein’s professional background includes engagements of diverse sizes and in diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, wholesalers/distributors, technology, food & beverage, construction and manufacturing. Mr. Burstein’s experience also includes work on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements, agreed upon procedures engagements and other special projects. Prior to joining the Firm in 2019, Mr. Burstein was a director at a large national accounting firm.
