He was formerly the President and co-founder of an executive search firm focused on the financial services and energy sectors and specialized in performing searches for senior investment banking and A&D advisory professionals for clients at bulge bracket, advisory and Canadian banks.

Prior to entering executive search, Pete performed consulting and advisory services for companies in the agribusiness, technology, and oil and gas industries and led the successful turnaround of a $200 million business unit of a large real estate developer in Western Canada. Pete started his career with Merrill Lynch in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Vancouver, Canada where he worked in investment banking and equity research.

He earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an Economics minor and an MBA with a finance concentration from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.
