Nathalie Gaidell is an engagement manager at Eric Salmon & Partners. She joined the firm in September 2017 to focus on executive search engagements in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
She works mainly for multi-national companies where she executes senior level assignments across a variety of functional areas, but with a strong focus on general management, operations and sales.

Before moving to Eric Salmon & Partners, Nathalie gained experience in other executive search firms in different functions but also on an international level.

Nathalie graduated from California International Business University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Management and a second degree in Human Resources.
