Melvin is focused around senior executive search and advisory work in sectors as energy, chemicals, industrial technology & services and real estate/construction/EPC. Additionally, he extends functional focus around supply chain & operations as well as human resources. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Melvin was part of another global search firm where he executed work for clients in management consulting, consumer, healthcare/life sciences and government sectors.
