I am a founding Partner of Hoffmann Reed (previously known as JRS International Search Partners) and have 33 years’ experience in sourcing high impact leadership executives and teams for a wide range of industries.
I attribute my success on numerous local, regional and global engagements directly to my passion and dedication to achieving optimal results for clients and candidates. This includes the in-depth analysis of stakeholder needs, effective understanding of the outcomes to be achieved and implementing a bespoke, robust, transparent and methodical approach for the identification, attraction and assessment of talent for the organisation I am representing. A particular trademark of my consulting style is a highly personalised and collaborative approach when working with clients. My extensive consulting experience allows me to quickly grasp my client’s vision, mission, strategy, markets, products, competitors and company culture to ensure an optimal result for each assignment.
