Graduated in Political Science and International Relations and with a Master in Human Resources, Martina lives between Lugano, Milan and Rome and is fluent in Italian and English. She began her career covering positions in external and institutional relations filed in the public administration within the Municipality of Rome and Lazio Region. She then continued his career within one of Leonardo Finmeccanica Group subsidiaries (IIA-Ex Bredamenarinibus), taking care of the part of change management, HR organization, internal and external communication. In 2016 she joined Page Group, first as Head of the Banking Division of Michael Page Roma, working on customers needs in the belonging sector at a vertical level, from junior profiles to executive roles, supporting them in identifying, assessment and staffing at all levels of responsibility. Later she became Associate Partner in Page Executive in Banking, Real Estate and Consultancy at a national level for C-Level profiles. Martina Pelliccia joins Chaberton Partners in 2021 as Client Partner for the Banking and Real Estate practice.
