As a business psychologist, I've always been interested in the interaction between work and people. For me, working with people also means being in constant contact with them and learning from and with one another. I have been an Executive Search Consultant at GET AHEAD in Hamburg since 2019. I will find and assess the right executives for you in the consumer & luxury goods, fashion & retail and engineering, mobile technology & automotive sectors . Formative for me: The recruiting and later the senior key account management for one of the world's largest aircraft manufacturers at one of the most important production sites in Europe. Here I was able to build a deep understanding of topics such as engineering, supply chain management, human resources and digital . And the international environment was the perfect school in terms of intercultural competence . I now bring this experience to my advice at GET AHEAD Executive Search and I am delighted that we always focus on people here.
