Following my passion to work with people, I joined Haselhoff Groep in 2018 as a recruitment consultant and on boarding coach. Previously I worked in various management roles in marketing and communications for companies such as Garmin, Acer and Thomas Cook. My passion is to figure out what drives people and gives them energy. To evaluate and identify what role and company they fit best. I find that if a person fits the job and the work environment is right, then their strengths are truly optimized. For this reason, my aim is to ensure a good match for both clients and candidates. Being able to connect and understand, providing a personal touch, is key to me. As a consultant and career coach, I provide recruitment & selection, interim, onboarding coaching and career guidance. In my free time, I like to exercise and travel. I also enjoy playing board games with family and friends.
