Biography
David Lette (1976) is internationally oriented. He obtained his International Baccalaureate from the United World College of South East Asia in Singapore, studied business administration at the University of St Andrews in Scotland and joined Citigroup in London in 1999. In 2003 he returned to Singapore to work as Manager Premium Brands and later as Head of On Trade Sales at Asia's largest brewer, Asia Pacific Breweries. In 2007 he switched to Heineken. Here he increasingly held senior commercial roles. From Global Business Development Manager, to Marketing Manager Poland, Director Premium Brands England and Marketing Director Netherlands. Before David started at TEN, he worked within Venture Capital. With his 20 years of knowledge and experience in the FMCG David is a natural connector known for his ability to form long-term relationships, regardless of the complexity of the stakeholders. With a real interest in people, diverse businesses and a commitment to connecting businesses with talented leaders. According to David, there are still huge opportunities in the FMCG & Retail sector to further stimulate sustainability, digitization and diversity. The sector therefore has a great interest in directors with a deep understanding and vision of these necessary changes. David looks forward to working with many organizations in the years to come to make a positive impact by helping create great leadership teams.
