Meredith Doucette is a Senior Associate based in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office. She works with the Survey team, preparing questionnaires, analyzing data, and compiling reports for surveys ranging from pulse sentiment surveys to in-depth compensation studies. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Meredith has put her data analysis talents to use at a variety of firms, ranging from small firms of less than twenty employees to Fortune 100 organizations. In her previous work she has managed data for customer feedback surveys, sanctions screening, and construction project management tracking. Meredith received her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and her Masters of Science from Kingston University, both degrees focusing on international relations. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, making pottery, and knitting.
