“For more than 25 years my heart has been in the personnel consulting industry, in which I was able to take on responsibility for various areas – including management assistant, research and administration as well as the commercial area. When Dieter Oldiges and I crossed paths in 1995, he was my mentor for many years. I learned the HR consulting business from scratch with him. I am strengthening the Headgate GmbH team as a headhunter with a focus on project management and processing as well as a commercial all-rounder. In research, I draw on many years of project experience in a wide variety of industries and hierarchical levels. In the search for the best and, above all, suitable candidates for our customers, the focus is always on people. I'm only looking for companies I would work for myself. I like to spend my free time with family and friends, I'm passionate about swimming lengths in the swimming pool, I work out with circuit training or indoor cycling and I love dancing ballroom and Latin.
