I am a senior charity leader for over 30 years in the social sector, including chief executive experience. I have a track record in leading complex service provision, innovative service development, risk and change management and project delivery. I have significant experience in driving strategic and culture change, charity mergers and have developed a deep understanding of the complexity of stakeholder management and community engagement. I am a passionate proponent of the critical role of workforce development in social care, values based leadership and equity, diversity and inclusion strategies. As a long time vice chair as both a charity trustee and school governor, in addition to a number of other trustee roles, I have a deep appreciation and understanding of good and trustworthy governance.
