As a Director – Client Development, Joe Cohen works closely with law firms and corporations to help them identify legal talent solutions that will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their teams. He believes in establishing long-term relationships and focuses on understanding his client and their needs before making recommendations. In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing tennis and basketball and riding his scooter around town with his daughter. He is passionate about coaching people and helping them be the best versions of themselves, which is why he spends time volunteering in the community with local organizations that help others improve their situations.
