With a distinguished career spanning over three decades in higher education, Ann Bailey brings deep institutional knowledge and strategic insight to her executive search work. Prior to joining GA&A, Ann held leadership roles at a major research university, culminating in her tenure as assistant vice president for student affairs. Her expertise spans other critical administrative areas as well, including auxiliary services, enrollment management, alumni relations, and admissions—each contributing to her keen understanding of leadership needs in higher education.
Ann has successfully led searches for a wide range of senior leadership positions, including presidents, provosts, academic deans, and key administrative roles within advancement, financial services, and research compliance.
