Simon looks back to more than twelve years of experience in Executive Search for the Financial Services Industry – advising clients on executive leadership positions as well as senior-level functional roles within Operations, Risk, Legal & Compliance. Additionally, Simon built up a strong track record at the intersection of Technology and Financial Services. Before joining Korn Ferry, Simon has been working for a dedicated financial services boutique in Zurich, managing executive search mandates within the DACH as well as CEE region. Simon holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Heidelberg University, he is fluent in English and German.
