Max joined MRA Search in 2024 to launch the New York office, our first office in the US. Max now undertakes searches for lawyers at all levels across the USA for AmLaw clients. Max moved into legal recruitment following four years as a lawyer at two Magic Circle law firms: Slaughter and May, and Linklaters LLP. There, he worked as a Disputes Associate on a range of litigation, arbitration and investigation matters, in addition to completing rotations in the Corporate M&A and PE, Antitrust and Financial Regulatory teams. Prior to his legal career, Max read law at the University of Cambridge. Before moving to MRA Search, Max worked at another legal search firm in London.
