David is a Managing Director of Hoggett Bowers and heads the Industry practice. A chartered chemical engineer and MBA-qualified, his early career was spent in process engineering across the Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Power Generation and Water industries. David joined Hoggett Bowers in 1998 and has extensive experience of recruiting at a senior and executive level in the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors.
