Savanthi embarked on her recruitment career in 2012, providing end to end recruitment services for management and specialised roles. Working with big international brands as well as boutiques, Savanthi honed her skills with hard to fill positions in talent-driven markets. Emulating the Professional Services team’s ethos, Savanthi is motivated to fulfil organisational HR requirements efficiently and effectively with a solution-driven approach that adds value to firms, both in the short and long run. Savanthi is passionate about sustainability having spent a decade working within the wildlife tourism space in Sri Lanka.
