Matthew has over 20 years’ recruitment experience, specialising in executive search for over 15 years. Matthew has been a key member of Redgrave since its inception. He leads the Media & Entertainment practice for Redgrave, where he has proven experience of delivering board level and senior management hires across all the key functional areas. He is also a core member of the Chief Financial Officer practice for Redgrave. He also has a proven track record in delivering Interim hires with a focus on Finance, Human Resources and Transformation. A graduate in Business & Psychology from Aston University, Matthew lives in Guildford with his wife and two children.
