In 2003, Matthew joined RCI as a Junior Recruiter, while simultaneously attending Penn State University where he obtained his B.S. Degree in Crime, Law, and Justice. After outperforming all expectations and receiving several successive promotions at RCI, Matt began to launch his career in New Business Development, as well as, building both BPO and Financial Services Verticals within Rice Cohen International. Because of his razor- sharp ability to find top talent for his clients, and his intrinsic understanding of his niche markets, Matt has become a go to person in his industry when a client is looking to fill a mid to C-level position. Initially upon graduating from Penn State University, Matt was recruited by American Express to sell their Corporate Card to large organizations. After receiving several promotions and obtaining numerous awards for outstanding performance regarding new business development, Matt decided it was time to move back to the East Coast and accept a role as a Managing Partner for Rice Cohen International. Matt specializes in the Business Process Outsourcing and Financial Services Spaces and has developed some of the company’s largest accounts.
