Maëlys is a principal at True Search in the Berlin office. With eight years of professional experience in executive search, she sits in the Finance practice, hiring senior executives for leading high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed technology companies. Prior to True, Maëlys acquired first experience in executive search in France, while working for DHR International and focusing on recruiting C-level executives across all industries. After moving to Berlin, she worked for Atheneum partners, an expert network providing market knowledge to leading investors and consulting firms. Maëlys studied franco-american law at Nanterre University in Paris and San Francisco’s Golden Gate University. She holds a master’s degree in international business law, as well as a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in U.S. legal studies.
