Jane is a Partner for Page Executive China, with close to 14 years of experience in executive search. Jane has worked extensively with Chinese companies – from start-ups to multinational companies in the industrial and consumer sectors, placing department heads, business unit leaders and general management roles. While assisting businesses to identify and select candidates with the best technical and cultural fit, Jane also provides valuable advice on issues such as leadership, organization and talent strategies. Jane joined Michael Page in 2009 and has a track record of delivering successful executive level appointments in finance, strategy and investment roles. Prior to that, Jane worked for 5 years in a boutique search firm, delivering on appointments such as Sales VP, HR Head as well as General Manager roles. Jane is born and raised in China. She earned her Bachelor Degree from East China University of Science & Technology.
