Sarah is passionate about building trusted relationships with clients and excels at navigating complex challenges to deliver tailored solutions. Before joining Redgrave, Sarah gained valuable experience at an executive search firm focusing on the technical and engineering sectors. Her diverse background also includes significant time spent in the not-for-profit sector, where she engaged in humanitarian work. She holds a double major Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, with specialisations in History and Politics and International Studies. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, reading, and music, enriching her perspective and staying inspired.
