Born and raised in New Zealand, Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington and began his career in business development within the Engineering sector. His passion for sales and building relationships then naturally led him to recruitment, where he gained two years of experience working across the Sales and Marketing industry before relocating to Melbourne. As a Principal Consultant at Miller Leith, Josh specialises in placing top talent across the Manufacturing and Technical space. His energetic approach and commitment to aligning high calibre candidates with a diverse range of clients make his role both impactful and exciting. Outside of work, Josh is passionate about all things sports-related, staying active, and exploring Melbourne’s top food spots.
