Eustace has more than 20 years of experience as a retained executive search consultant in a wide range of industries and functional areas. Eustace migrated with his family to New Zealand in 2003 from New Delhi, India. In New Zealand he has worked with firms such as Madison Executive, Stanton Chase International as a Director – Financial Services and MRI. Eustace has also previously worked with Heidrick and Struggles in Asia and prior to moving to New Zealand led his own successful executive search practice. Eustace Lobo is the Director of the Financial Services, Insurances and Professional Services practices of LOBELL and Associates. He is responsible for representing clients in the execution of searches at the Board, 'C' suite, Senior Executive and Mid-Level Management levels. He brings to his clients a well-honed search expertise and consultative approach, as well as a unique ability to quickly develop a clear understanding of corporate strategy and culture and how that translates into the assessment of leadership talent.
