James is a Co-Founder of Odin Partners and is responsible for senior placements and management of the Fixed Income practice area. His Search career started in 2009 and has been defined by a series of successful and influential placements within the Fixed Income Capital Markets. Prior to his career in Executive Search James worked in M&A for Goldman Sachs, Hong Kong. James attended Harrow School and read Theology at Worcester College, Oxford University.
