Kristin is an experienced manager with a solid background from various leadership roles in Norwegian and international groups in the Building Materials industry. In Saint-Gobain Building Materials she led the strategic and operational sales work before becoming CEO. After the merger with Glava she was responsible for the Weber/Leca business unit and later moved into the role of Director of Organizational Development and Management. ‍ Her experience ranges from organizational development and sales management, to production structure and strategy development. A significant part of her role as a senior manager has been to implement and lead transformation processes of various kinds. ‍ Kristin has board expertise and experience from board positions in, among others, Bygg Reis Deg and the Norwegian Construction Industry Association. ‍ She holds a Bachelor of International Business from the College of Economics and studied Organization and Management at the University of Oslo.
