Elsa is a Project Manager in Ferguson Partners’ Toronto office and a member of the Executive/Board Search team. With significant experience in luxury hospitality as an executive assistant is several five-star golf and beach resorts across Europe, Elsa brings her guest-focused and professional services skills to the search team. With a combination of customer-focused and C-suite administrative support experience, Elsa possesses great relationships with clients, candidates, and the collaborative Ferguson Partners team. A former member of two global executive search firms, she is excited to call the firm home, alongside her valued and trusted colleagues. Elsa speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish, and counts travel as her greatest passion — to date over 75 countries and counting. Growing up in Vancouver, BC, she is happy to now call Toronto home.
