As a Director at Hays I am responsible for a multitude of specialist recruitment areas and specialist consultants dedicated to one of the following areas of recruitment: Senior Finance, Accountancy & Finance, HR, Purchasing & Supply Chain, Marketing, Project Management, Legal and Insurance. My background as a specialist recruiter has been in the Senior Finance market, recruiting qualified accountants across the Midlands. I have worked with many of the region’s leading businesses and SMEs, successfully appointing from newly qualified to Director level and I still have hands on involvement in our executive appointments. In addition, I am a member of the Midlands Shared Services Committee, helping to promote shared services knowledge and information sharing across the member organisations.
