Art McMahon is a Founding Partner of Harvard Group International. He has more than 25 years of experience in the executive search arena and has been an active member of turnaround teams and with over the horizon processes that win in today’s economy. He has played a dynamic role at all levels of executive search and consulting, including the board level, where he operates for over 10 corporations. He is an expert at benchmarking and acts as an advisor and consultant to a number of Chief Executive Officers and leading executives.

Prior to Harvard Group International, Art was with a predecessor company. He also worked as a Marketing Executive for the Energy, Commercial and Consumer sectors.

Over the past ten years, Art has invested in many startups and served an active role on several boards. He has a degree in Business Administration and is a rated commercial, multi-engine, instrument pilot and skier who can often be found on the slopes of Telluride, CO.
