Wendy’s experience is vast, having most recently worked as a contract recruiter in the manufacturing industry. Wendy’s ability to build relationships with both Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners has helped her clients successfully hire talent for a variety of roles including: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facility / Plant Managers, Finance, Human Resources, Customer Service, Administrative / Executive Assistants, Engineering, Education, Construction, Warehouse, Production, Quality, Sales / Technical Sales, Marketing, Laboratory/ Research and Project Management. Wendy began her career in recruiting in 1994 at MRI Network where she became a Certified Senior Manager. Over her 20 years with MRI, Wendy won numerous awards including Rookie of the year, Top 5 Regional, National Top Ten Account Executive and multiple MRI National Pacesetter awards. Prior to joining the search and recruitment industry, Wendy achieved her BS in Restaurant Management from the University of Illinois, worked as a Manager for a major Restaurant chain and for a Family Business in the Food Industry.
