In 2013, after graduating from IAE business school in Lyon, Tala started her career in a recruiting firm. She then joined an NGO for two years where she managed fundraising, with focus on family offices, CAC40 companies and private foundations. Her strong interest in business and in bringing people together led her back to the recruitment industry. She joined Elzéar, which gave her an opportunity to reconnect with her oriental roots by assisting clients in Africa and the Middle East.
