With over 10 years of experience recruiting for the consumer goods industry, Scott has become one of the senior managers at CSA. Scott has deep networks within the Walmart supplier community, but he has also proven himself as an accomplished recruiter in many of the mass retail hubs across the US. Scott works both contingency and retained searches and prefers recruiting for mid-size to small clients and private equity groups over the Fortune 100 conglomerates. Scott specializes in placing positions above $100K.

A 2001 graduate of the University of Arkansas in Financial Management, Scott was a 4-year letterman for the Razorback Baseball team. He spent the first 6 years of his career at Morgan Stanley and Raymond James Investments before bringing his skills to CSA. Scott serves on the Board of Directors for the Razorback Foundation A Club. He was selected to the 2015 NWA Business Forty Under 40 Class and is a 2-time Hope Gala Gentleman of Distinction.
