Filipe started his professional career in accounting in a Government support institute. He joined Amrop Portugal in 2005, progressing from Researcher to Research Consultant. He left in December 2007, worked in Retail Banking and re-joined Amrop in 2010. In 2013 he was appointed Consultant and in 2014 he joined a Secondment program in the office of Amrop Brazil. In 2018 he was appointed Associate Partner.

Filipe’s executive search experience covers a wide variety of functional areas and industry sectors such as Consumer Goods & Retail and Financial Services.

Filipe holds an MBA from The Lisbon MBA, having completed the last quarter at Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil. He also holds a degree in Business Administration from Nova School of Business and Economics.
