Jorge Herrera is a Partner with Cabot Consultants. He is responsible for client development, client management and execution of executive search assignments at the firm. He has successfully completed searches for clients in technology, manufacturing, financial services, professional services, consumer products, aerospace, aviation and defense, as well as federal/not-for-profit. Jorge’s search experience includes assignments for Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Information Officer and other senior level positions in General Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Supply Chain and Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources and Sales and Marketing. Jorge joined Cabot Consultants from Korn Ferry. Prior, he was with Heidrick & Struggles and was a Vice President at Gary Kaplan and Associates, a boutique executive search firm. Earlier in his career, he helped establish the executive recruiting group at Countrywide Financial Corporation and was a Consultant and member of the Consumer Products and Services Practice at executive search firm Ray and Berndtson. Jorge began his career with Heidrick & Struggles where he was a member of the Information Technology and Industrial Practices. He has international search experience, having worked for clients with a presence in Latin America and Europe. He is fluent in Spanish and was born and raised in Bolivia. Jorge received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
