Before starting Executive Search in The Netherlands, Joelle used her wealth of experience and expertise to set up her own human resources consultancy practice, providing business services to UK and Dutch clients. Joelle has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and, more recently, in Executive search at N2Growth. She is adept in recruiting C-level roles in a variety of industries, such as the energy market, maritime, hospitality, facilities, and software companies.
