Steve is an experienced Principal Consultant, working as part of our Senior Recruitment Team to support clients with a range of recruitment services relating to permanent, contract and interim vacancies. Following a 13 year career within supply chain and logistics, Steve transferred over to the commercial recruitment sector before joining Prospectus in 2017 to bring his experience to the beyond profit sector. Steve partners with a broad range of clients to recruit across multiple functions, predominantly at Head/Director level, with particular specialisms in communications, marketing and operations. Passionate about providing exceptional service, Steve enjoys supporting organisations and individuals with a shared passion for social purpose and is keen to use his experience to help candidates and clients alike to achieve their goals. Steve volunteers at his local day centre in Witney, providing day care services for elderly members including activities, entertainment, games, and lunch. Sometimes they make him dance like a monkey!
