After graduating from high school, Lukas Seidel moved to Bremen for a dual study program, which he successfully completed in 2020. Following this, he completed a master's degree in business psychology and simultaneously gained practical experience as a working student, including in management consulting. He first encountered Dr. Schwerdtfeger Personalberatung during an internship in 2023. He wrote his master's thesis on "International Growth Strategies" in cooperation with our firm. After successfully completing his studies, he joined us as a junior HR consultant and has been actively supporting our team in the food industry ever since. Born and raised in Cuxhaven, Lukas Seidel now lives in Vechta. In his free time, he enjoys being active, spending time with family and friends, and is particularly passionate about football.
